Chennai, January 8 (IANS): Prime Video has released the music for “Putham Pudhu Kaalai Vidiyaadhaa,” an anthology of five heartwarming and uplifting stories, which premieres on January 14.
The album, which brings out the essence of each story in the anthology, features music by renowned and up-and-coming artists.
Music director GV Prakash Kumar, who previously created the title song for “Putham Pudhu Kaalai”, has now performed and composed the title song for “Putham Pudhu Kaalai Vidiyaadhaa”. The song was written by Kaber Vasuki and was also sung by Yaamini Ghantasala.
The series music album also boasts of diverse and original tracks for the five standalone episodes, which are composed by five knowledgeable young composers from the Tamil industry.
While Pradeep Kumar sang and composed “Nizhal” (lyrics by Kaber Vasuki) for “Nizhal Tharum Idham”, Sean Roldan sang and composed “Kitta Varudhu” (lyrics by Balaji Mohan) for the story “Mugakavasa Muttham”. Goutham Vasu Venkatesan sang and composed ‘Thanimai Ennum’ (co-singer Amritha Susanthika and lyrics by Halitha Shameem) for ‘Loners’, Kaber Vasuki sang, wrote and composed ‘Mugamoodi’ for ‘The Mask’ and Karthikeya Murthy sang and composed ‘Whistler’ (lyrics by Sabarivasan Shanmugam) for ‘Mouname Paarvayaai’.
